Route Description

Please join Fay and I on an easy but beautiful walk incorporating Wentworth Woodhouse and Scholes

Starting from the car park at the side of the Rockingham Arms (S62 7TL W3W horizons.typed.fruity) we walk through Wentworth Park, across the Morley Pond bridge up through open fields and the village of Scholes, skirt Trowles woods and back up to Wentworth.
There are a couple of short stretches of road walking with pavements. There are no evident hazards, and at the time of posting, conditions under foot are safe and dry. Debrief at the Rockingham Arms.
