Route Description

This walk starts from the car park in Hathersage. It offers lovely views of the Hope Valley and a relaxing riverside stroll by the River Derwent.

We follow tracks to Leadmill Bridge, before gradually ascending through fields and woodland towards Offerton Hall – great views here!
From the Hall the route follows a lane to descend to the River Derwent at Shatton, before following the riverside path back to Hathersage.
