Route Description

This scenic route features a diverse mix of Peak District landscapes. The path take us across open moorland, and striking gritstone escarpments along Gardoms Edge and Dobb Edge. We walk through peaceful ancient woodland, cross streams such as Bar Brook and skirt the edge of Baslow village.
There are some steep ascents and descents but we will take regular breaks to catch our breath.

Meet outside The Robin Hood Inn DE45 1PU
Park at Birchen Edge National Trust carpark.
Do not park in The Robin Hood pub carpark
