Route Description
Scenic mountaineering trip from Buckden to Buckden Pike (Ramsden Pike) and Great Whernside via old mining trails
This is a fantastic walk that I did a few years ago The walk follows Buckden Beck please note Grade 1 scrambling is required to pass up the side of the waterfalls .Reaching Buckden trig point we walk across the moors passing the memorial cross of the polish airmen . Then on to Great Whernside trig then we make our descent pass hag Dyke back into kettlewell we will be stopping frequently for rest breaks

Meet in the pay and display car park on Hebden Road (BD23 5LB) by the toilet block.
