Wosborough Circular

Places remaining: 11
Route Description
Meeting at the Edmunds Arms rear car park in Wosborough from where we treck a fairly level route mainly through countryside. Good paths throughout. We finish our walk with refreshments at the Edmunds Arms
This route takes us through fields, woods and the usual countryside terrain. It is muddy in places but these spots can mostly be skirted. Before halfway we emerge onto busy main roads surrounding a light industrial estate, eateries abound here, including McDonald’s where we can have a short comfort break and a coffee to go if desired. We then delve back into the fauna and flora to emerge around 1/2 mile from our destination onto a wide uphill lane that takes us back to the village. Although the lane is quite long and uphill, it is a gradual ascent. Then onto the Edmunds Arms for refreshments after the walk.
Other Information
The landlord at the pub has asked us to park at the back of the rear car park. There is additional road car parking at the side of the church on Church Lane.
