Route Description

This walk takes us through Glen Howe Park and along the banks of More Hall Reservoir, two beautiful locations in Wharncliffe Side.

From the car park, we walk up through the hidden gem of Glen Howe Park with its fairytale woodland.
We then walk through farmland and along quiet country lanes until we reach More Hall Reservoir. We follow the banks before rising through woodland and along paths to the hamlet of Brightholmlee, then descend back into Glen Howe Park.
