Looking forward to your first lead Steve.
Am sure several will catch up on Sheffield football Derby result without going through pain of being there, so hoping for a good turnout.
Di Nepal
Thanks Di, Walkers welcome wearing football boots, football shirts and Radio Sheffield on headphones.
FYI: The path along the top of Winnats Pass is well away from the edge and is not scary (sorry).
Unfortunately, from the original walk description the acrophobic seed was well and truly planted and has firmly taken root!!
Last year, Mountain Rescue were called out to a man who was cragfast. He thought traversing Mam Tor’s steep shaley slope would be fun.🤔 Wrong!
Now, THAT’S scary.
I,m bringing a snifter for the walkers on sunday…Damson Gin 😁
Thanks Steve for a rather damp but enjoyable walk!
To be revisited in the summer.
